GETTING STARTED WITH
AMPLIFICATION ANYWHERE, LLC

  1. Navigate to the Service Request and enter as much information as you know about your event. Your entries will introduce me to your event and start the process to see if I am available for your event date. The Service Request introduces you to the pricing information. When finished, be sure to submit the Service Request. At this point you have not committed to services by Amplification Anywhere, LLC.

  2. I will make attempts to contact you within 3 working days by telephone and email to confirm my availability for your event date/s on your submitted Service Request.

  3. If there is availability, I will instruct you to send a $150 payment by email. You may send your payment one of three ways. You may send a check made out to "Amplification Anywhere, LLC", or use one of two PayPal options listed below. (Also see notes a and b)

  4. I will acknowledge by email that your payment is received. I am committed to hold this date for you.

  5. I will begin the planning process with you, your presenters, and your event site.

  6. When we get the event details for amplification finalized (hopefully its 30-60 days before your event) I will explain the final charges via email and ask you to return to the website to complete the Agreement form. You will fill out the information on the Agreement form including the agreed final payment amounts and submit the Agreement. I will acknowledge receipt of your Agreement and if my understanding of your event matches your entries on the Agreement then I will instruct you to submit the final payment, or we will work through any issues until we have a common understanding.

  7. You will send your final payment through one of the methods listed above. I will acknowledge by email that your "Final Payment" is received and assure you that I will be at your event. We are now both committed to this agreement. (See note 10. c. below.)

  8. I plan to make phone contact with you 24-48 hours with you to assure you that I will be at your event location at the agreed time.

  9. Event Day. I show up at or before the agreed start time to assemble and test the system with your presenters. I will deliver amplification and any other options for the agreed time period, then disassemble and remove the system from the site.

  10. I will contact you by phone after your event to discuss your experience with Amplification Anywhere.

    Notes

    a. If you wish to reserve more than one date, then submit a deposit for each date. You will be refunded deposits for dates, but you must notify me by email 30 calendar days prior to your reserved date.

    b. I must acknowledge to you that your deposit is received in order for you to consider that your event date is reserved

    c. I will begin to notify you by phone and email if Final payment is not received 10 working days prior to your event.


    PayPal Instructions

    Instead of sending a check, you can send your payments to me by PayPal. If you have used PayPal, you know that it is system for electronically moving funds from one person to another over the internet. If you have not used PayPal, but would like to do so; CLICK HERE to go to the PayPal web site and sign up. Then you use your bank account or credit card to transfer money into or out of your PayPal account.

    To use your PayPal bank account that is set up for DIRECT bank transactions.
    Go to the PayPal website and login.
    Then select the "Send Money" Tab.
    Use rskow@skypoint.com as the "Recipient's Email"
    Enter the amount that we have agreed upon.
    Complete the transaction with PayPal
    There is no charge to you or me for this transaction.
    (This is my personal account for receiving funds.)


    If you chose to use your CREDIT CARD linked to PayPal, send your payment to this email address for my Pay Pal MERCHANT ACCOUNT. rskow@AmplificationAnywhere.com

    If you use this email address to make a DIRECT bank transaction or CREDIT CARD payment then make your payment for the amount due + 3% of that amount to cover the processing fees.
