Your entries will introduce me to your event and and start the process to see if I am available for your event date. Dates are not considered reserved until a deposit is received.

Please fill in all spaces, especially those with a "+" by them.

If you make other plans, be sure to let me know as soon as possible so that I can make other plans. Dates for services are reserved after all of the following are completed

  • I inform you that the date is available
  • A deposit is sent and acknowledged.

  • Commitments for services are not final until an Agreement form and deposit is received.

    Base Rate

    The base rate includes a maximum of 2 hours, 2 loudspeakers on tripod stands, one wireless lavaliere or headset microphone. Four Microphones on cables will be available if needed. The site provides electrical power. The Base Rate is a charge for actual performance. No additional charges for setup or packup. The Base Rate is $250 for any type of event.

    [$100] Audio Recording (Mono) of event by Sony MiniDisc (~160 minutes max) and conversion to CD as .wav or .mp3
